Venue Terms and Conditions – Gray Manor Hotel
TERMS & CONDITIONS/CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING:
Please complete, sign and return the booking form to Gray Manor Hotel within 7 working days of making the provisional booking along with a non-refundable deposit of £200.00 (includes VAT).
FINAL INVOICE: Final numbers must be notified at least one month prior to your Event. The number provided to us at this time will be taken as final and this will be the minimum number invoiced for. This invoice is fully payable even if numbers decrease after this time. The final balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payments for non-arrivals are forfeit and cannot be transferred.
CANCELLATION: If the party/whole group is cancelled less than 6 weeks before the event by the client after a signed booking form or deposit has been received, the places will be fully payable, unless the places can be re-sold.
LIABILITY OF GRAY MANOR: Any damage to the building or its contents is the full responsibility of the client and repair or replacement must be paid in full.
ALLERGIES: We do provide an allergen list and will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. We cannot always provide exact specific alternatives to all menu items, but we will adapt dishes where we can. We reserve the right to amend the advertised menus without notice.
